I designed and developed a responsive WordPress site with integrated online donations, enabling GVI Trust to better leverage its global customer base. Through persona mapping, user-flow optimisation, plugin research, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing, I delivered a modern experience aligned with their brand. The new site launched successfully, driving a significant increase in traffic and user engagement.
