I designed a web portal for Konobo, enabling clients to connect data sources like Excel, Salesforce, and SQL to their WhatsApp Business account and map fields to a hierarchical, location-aware menu. Using competitor research, workshops, visual mapping, wireframes, brand guidelines, and high-fidelity prototypes, I created a practical, user-focused interface. The result is a clean, simple, and intuitive experience that is easy to navigate and operate.
